Akshay is part of the start-up team at Silverskills and is responsible for Business development and Client relationships.
Akshay has also managed UK business as a business unit for 4 years.
As part of the start – up team Akshay led the design and implementation of a robust delivery platform, helping the team to overachieve on SLAs, providing the necessary fuel for Silverskills to penetrate further into the market and strengthen the existing clients. He helped pioneer the ‘outcome-based pricing’ model for India Business.
The two years spent with AR Credit at the outset of his career saw him handling multiple processes on credit cards, mortgages and other retail financial products with India’s first and world’s leading MNC bank. After successfully establishing the BPO practice with AR Credit, Akshay joined the Indian arm of Bausch and Lomb Inc.
During his 10-year stint with Bausch and Lomb, Akshay realigned the entire accounting and reporting framework with the parent company to match the altered status of the company as a subsidiary.
A graduate in commerce from the University of Delhi, Akshay is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
